Being a native East Tennessean is a proud tradition for me; I was raised in this area and attended The University of Tennessee, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in 1993. While attending UT, I was blessed to be part of another proud East Tennessee tradition as a walk on player for The University of Tennessee Volunteers football team. In the over 20 years since, I have been professionally involved in both the insurance industry and the hospitality industry. I was first licensed as an insurance agent in 1994 for Property, Casualty, Life and Health and then transitioned into the hospitality industry for almost a decade. First as an owner/operator – and even now as an investor – I have a thorough understanding of the complexities involved in hotel operations and other service-intensive industries, including completion of the Certified Hotel Owners (CHO) program through AAHOA.
My experience in and with the hospitality industry allows me a unique vantage point to steer around the common – and even the not-so-common – stumbling blocks that can obstruct the flow of operations. That is why I decided to offer a wide range of services, all designed around helping you operate your hotel more easily and more efficiently.
